The Energia All-Ireland League

The Ireland Club International team was introduced in 2006 and their first game was against Scotland Clubs in. The team brings together the very best All-Ireland League players and matches them with their international counterparts.

They have played tests against England Counties in 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2017.

There were also games played against France Fédérale in 2015 and 2016 including a game at Aviva Stadium as part of a double header with the Ireland Men’s team in the Six Nations Championship.

In 2018 and 2019 a home and away tournament was played against Scotland Clubs for the Dal Riada Cup.

Ireland Clubs will play Portugal A in 2024 in their first fixture since 2019.
