Men’s Division 1A

Cork Constitution and St. Mary’s College played out a thrilling seven-try contest in November with the Dubliners edging it 27-26 on the day. The rematch at Temple Hil will kick off at 3pm, and will be live to watch on irishrugby+.

Meanwhile, in key games for all four clubs, second-placed Clontarf are away to UCD, in ninth, and a resurgent Young Munster are on the road to Old Belvedere, who have put some distance between themselves and the students in the table.

Division 1B

Match of the day in Division 1B has to be the eagerly-awaited clash of third-placed Instonians and Dublin University, in second. Trinity edged into the top two last time out, on scoring difference, after toppling leaders Old Wesley.

Having climbed out of the bottom two, Blackrock College face a tricky trip to mid-table City of Armagh, while second-from-bottom Naas could make up ground when they travel to bottom side Queen’s University.

Division 2A

It seems unlikely that anyone will stop Division 2A’s runaway leaders MU Barnhall. Armed with a 17-point lead at the summit after their 13th straight win, Barnhall’s next opponents are a struggling Banbridge side at Rifle Park on Saturday.

Meanwhile, second-placed Dungannon will have home advantage against Cashel, and third-placed Shannon – 20-point winners over Greystones in the last round – will make the trip north to take on Ballymena.

Division 2B

There is a Connacht derby in Strandhill on Saturday as fifth-placed Sligo host a still unbeaten Galwegians, who have impressively amassed 64 points from 13 wins in a row, but Division 2B’s match of the day is the top four encounter between UL Bohemian and Clogher Valley.

There is an earlier kick-off time of 1.30pm on UL’s 4G pitch, as Bohs, in third, look to get back to winning ways. The Red Robins are hosting a Men’s and Women’s double header.

Division 2C

Division 2C table toppers Clonmel are at home to fourth-placed Monkstown in the latest round, while Bective, Clonmel’s chief chasers, travel to Ballyclare, and Thomond head to second-from-bottom Belfast Harlequins. Only six points cover the top four teams currently.

Women’s Division

With four rounds of the regular season remaining, the top four has been boxed off. Fourth-placed Old Belvedere, who travel to Wicklow on Saturday, cannot be caught, while leaders UL Bohemian and Blackrock College, with just one defeat between them, are closing in on home semi-finals.
