Nominees Revealed For December’s #AILWomensTry Of The Month

Four entries have been submitted for the December Try of the Month award in the Women's All-Ireland League. The scorer of the #AILWomensTry of the Month receives a voucher for 250 euro.

Four entries have been submitted for the December Try of the Month award in the Women’s All-Ireland League. The scorer of the #AILWomensTry of the Month receives a voucher for 250 euro.

The initiative has thrown up a number of superb moments from this season’s All-Ireland League so far. Rachel Allen-Connolly’s try for UL Bohemians caught the eye in October and Railway Unions’s Claire Keohane took the prize in November.

The #AILWomensTry of the Month competition remains open for January. All clubs are asked to contribute by posting their best tries on social media using the #AILWomensTry hashtag.

Claire Boles – Railway Union v Cooke
Denise Redmond – Galwegians v St. Mary’s
Fiona Scally – Galwegians v St. Mary’s
Niamh Briggs – UL Bohemians v St. Mary’s
