Energia’s New Rugby Campaign Goes Live

Today, Energia’s new rugby campaign, The Power Behind Positive Energy, goes live on TV and sees Ronan O’Gara and Shane Horgan reliving iconic moments from their careers.

new rugby communications campaign focuses on how fans #PositiveEnergy can have an impact on rugby teams across the board and when the players harness that positive energy, anything can be achieved.

The ‘Power Behind Positive Energy’ campaign follows the announcement of Energia as official energy partner of Irish Rugby and title sponsors of the Energia All-Ireland Leagues. Over the coming season, the #PositiveEnergy messaging will come to life across TV, radio, social and digital media, and will put Energia front and centre as ‘The Power Behind Irish Rugby’.

Energia is committed to powering Irish Rugby at all levels from grassroots AIL, to provincial level as official energy partner of Leinster, right through to the international teams as well as ongoing title sponsors of Energia Park, Energia will be supporting the future development of rugby in Ireland through helping clubs with energy efficiency solutions to reach their sustainability goals.

Along with their commitment to the development of Irish Rugby, Energia are also dedicated to the advancement of renewable energy in Ireland, recently announcing an investment of over €3 billion in a renewable energy programme titled ‘Positive Energy’.

The new five-year investment programme will create 200 new jobs directly in areas such as customer energy solutions and renewable technology, and an estimated 3,000 to 5,000 construction jobs over the duration of the programme.
