Rugby fans unable to make it to the Women’s All-Ireland League final this Saturday will have a chance to view the game live on IrishRugby.ie and on the IRFU facebook and youtube channels.

The decider between Railway Union and reigning champions UL Bohemians will be streamed live from Energia Park in Donnybrook, kicking off at 3pm, and promises to be a hugely exciting affair.

Railway Union are in their first ever top flight league final but did beat UL Bohemians to win the Women’s All-Ireland Cup last season. Captained by Ireland prop Fiona Hayes, Bohs are hoping for a season’s treble after victories in the Women’s All-Ireland and Munster Women’s Division 1 Cup competitions.

Blackrock, Leinster and Ireland star Michelle Claffey will be in the commentary box alongside the IRFU’s Ross O’Donoghue. It will be the first time a Women’s All-Ireland League final will be streamed live on digital platforms. Kick-off for the main event is at 3pm.

The 12.30pm curtain raiser is the Women’s Provincial Qualifying League final between Malone of Belfast and Dublin side Suttonians. Irish Rugby will have live updates of that game which decides who will join the other seven clubs in next season’s Women’s All-Ireland League.
