Ireland U-19 Squad Named For Two-Match French Trip

The Ireland U-19 squad are coached by head coach Kieran Campbell and assistants Hugh Hogan and Ambrose Conboy, and will be managed by Barney McGonigle.
 
The 26-man selection includes Corinthians and Connacht flanker Sean Masterson, who won his first Ireland Under-20 cap from the bench against France during this year’s U-20 Six Nations.

The Ireland Under-19s came together last month for a 50-31 victory over the touring Japan U-19s as part of the celebrations of 60 years of diplomatic relations between Ireland and Japan.

Three additional players, who did not feature that day, have been included for the Easter trip to France – Tom Roche, Jack O’Sullivan and Michael Silvester.
 
Max Kearney and Hugh O’Sullivan were part of the Belvedere College team that lifted the Leinster Schools Senior Cup for the second time in a row on St. Patrick’s Day, and they are joined in the squad by Munster Senior Cup winners Bryan O’Connor and Jack O’Sullivan from PBC Cork and Ulster Senior Cup winners Michael Lowry and James Hume from RBAI.
