Welcoming Clubs: Women In Rugby

Welcoming Clubs: Women In Rugby

The IRFU is delighted to announce four provincial Welcoming Clubs seminars to focus specifically on Women in Rugby.

The seminar will cover women’s participation within rugby as volunteers on committees, as players, coaches, referees, social members and as parents, and how we advertise to and support each grouping.

The workshop will help attendees assess the needs of these groups and how their club can best support them. Support material for recruitment and case studies on clubs who have benefitted from the addition of women in their clubs will be available on the night.
