A teak-tough and skilful half-back, Hugo is a product of Skerries RFC and Skerries Community School, for whom he starred for during their memorable run to the Leinster Senior Schools Cup semi-finals in 2016. The 22-year-old made his Ireland Sevens debut in London 2019.
