Head of Athletic Performance, Ulster Rugby

The Head of Athletic Performance will:

• Manage and lead athletic performance department in the design, implementation and on-going evaluation of the Ulster Rugby Athletic Performance Programme, as sanctioned by the IRFU;
• Ensure alignment between the pathway, academy, and senior development programmes;
• Ensure alignment between provincial and national team programming for all national team players.

The position is being offered on a 3 year, full time, fixed term contract basis.
