Top Four Reward For Ireland Men In Seville

The Ireland Men improved three places from last week to finish fourth at the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series tournament in Seville.

Recent debutants Tamilore Awonusi and Tom Roche got amongst the tries, while the World Series’ leading scorer, Terry Kennedy, added three more to his haul across a busy three days of action.

A 24-12 knockout victory over England was the highlight as Anthony Eddy’s side reached their third ever Cup semi-final on World Series stage, following London 2018 and Vancouver 2021.
