Energia today revealed its new rugby campaign ‘The Power Behind Positive Energy’ with the help of Energia ambassadors and Irish Rugby legends Ronan O’Gara and Shane Horgan.
The leading energy supplier recently announced its sponsorship as Official Energy Partner of Irish Rugby as well as title sponsorship of the Energia All-Ireland Leagues and fans can look forward to seeing the new campaign in August.
Over the coming season, Energia’s campaign will unveil how fans’ #PositiveEnergy can have a positive impact on rugby teams across the board.
Players of all levels often speak of the boost fans can make to their mindset on the pitch, and the #PositiveEnergy campaign is rooted in the insight that any team can harness the positive energy of fans to help power them to success.
When the campaign kicks off in a few weeks’ time the #PositiveEnergy message will be evident across TV, Radio, Social and Digital media and will put Energia front and centre as The Power Behind Irish Rugby.
In rugby, positive energy is a powerful force. Energia is dedicated to powering Irish Rugby at all levels up and down the country, from grassroots right through to the international teams.
With recent sponsorship of the Energia All-Ireland Leagues for both Men and Women, ongoing Title sponsor of Energia Park and Official Energy Partner of Leinster Rugby, Energia is committed to the future development of rugby in Ireland and helping clubs reach their sustainability goals within their local communities.
Speaking about the Positive Energy Rugby Campaign Gary Ryan, Managing Director, Energia Customer Solutions commented:
We are excited to launch our new Energia rugby campaign which champions the unwavering support of Irish rugby fans, the breadth of the nation. We see fans play a vital role in the success of the team through their continuous positive energy and support. When players and teams harness the positive energy of their supporters, they can achieve anything. We have an exciting season ahead and we’re looking forward to supporting the rugby community as we compete nationally and internationally.
The Power Behind Positive Energy rugby campaign comes after a recent announcement by Energia Group of a 5-year investment programme called ‘Positive Energy’, which will see over €3 Billion invested into Irish renewable energy generation and create 200 jobs.
Energia’s full #PositiveEnergy rugby communications campaign will be launched in August and includes TV, Outdoor and Radio.
