Richmond RFC are holding a Mental health and Well-Being evening in their clubhouse in Rhebogue on Tuesday April 2nd at 7.30pm.

The Limerick club are issuing an open invitation to the wider community and people from all sporting backgrounds to attend.

The club’s statement says: “It is great to see our club take the lead in starting the conversations about the serious problems that are out there affecting our members, players, families and community. We are hoping that our guest speakers will help everyone to be aware of the dangers that could affect them but also make them aware of the support that is available to help fight addiction.”
