It may have been finished off by captain Ben Kilkenny, but it was the free-flowing front row feast of a try that caught the eye of Ireland forwards coach Simon Easterby for Octover’s Ulster Bank League Try Of The Month award.
The prize of 250 euro is awarded monthly to the winner, who is also included in the shortlist for the Ulster Bank League Try of The Year.
The winning try for October was chosen from a shortlist of tries submitted by the clubs using #UBLTry on social media.
