O’Reilly On Duty For Women’s Eden Park Clash

With action in the European Challenge Cup kicking off tonight and games in the European Champions Cup, the Ulster Bank League and British & Irish Cup all taking place over the weekend, there will a significant amount of IRFU referees on duty.
 

David Wilkinson will referee tonight’s European Challenge Cup game between Bath and Bristol. Joy Neville will make her Challenge Cup debut tonight when she acts as assistant referee. Kieran Barry will be the other assistant on the touchline, with Kevin Beggs appointed as TMO.
 
On Saturday at Eden Park in Auckland, Helen O’Reilly will be one of the assistant referees for the eagerly-awaited Women’s International between New Zealand’s Black Ferns and the Australian Wallaroos.
 
Frank Murphy will referee the European Challenge Cup qualifying match between Italian sides Rovigo and Calvisano. Shane Kierans and Chris Harrington will be the former professional player’s assistant referees.
 
In the British & Irish Cup, Stuart Gaffikin will officiate the game between the Scarlets Premiership Select and Richmond, while at Donnybrook, Gary Glennon and Cillian Hogan will be assistant referees for the meeting of Leinster ‘A’ and Nottingham.
 
In the Ulster Bank League, Glenn Sheridan will referee the Division 2A clash of Sunday’s Well and Queen’s University. In Division 2C, Daithi Flood will be in the middle for the game between Tullamore and Bangor.
 
On Sunday, in the European Champions Cup, George Clancy will be in charge of the Toulouse v Wasps showdown, with Leo Colgan and Barrie O’Connell as assistant referees and Simon McDowell as TMO.
 
In the European Challenge Cup, Dudley Phillips will referee the game between Gloucester and Benetton Treviso, with Paul Haycock and Oisin Quinn as assistant referees.

Gary Conway will be the man in the middle for Worcester Warriors v Brive, with Eddie Hogan O’Connell and Jonny Erskine as assistant referees. Andrew Brace will referee the Ospreys’ visit to Lyon, with Nigel Correll and John Carvill as assistant referees and Peter Fitzgibbon as TMO.

In Murrayfield, Mark Patton and Jonathan Peak will be assistant referees for the Edinburgh v Harlequins fixture, with Brian MacNeice as TMO. Sean Gallagher takes charge of Cornish Pirates versus the Ospreys Premiership Select in the B&I Cup.
