Cronin Replaces Injured Hurley For Club International Game

Cronin Replaces Injured Hurley For Club International Game

There has been a late change to the Ireland Club team to face their Scottish counterparts in Galashiels on Friday night (kick-off 6.30pm).

Scrum half Gerry Hurley has been withdrawn from the squad due to a calf injury. He will be replaced in the starting line-up by Garryowen’s Neil Cronin. Angus Lloyd, the young Dublin University half-back, will take his place on the bench.

This fixture has been relocated from Old Anniesland, Glasgow to Netherdale, Galashiels due to weather concerns. It will also get underway at the earlier kick-off time of 6.30pm.
