Ticket Prices Announced For 2014 GUINNESS Series

The Irish Rugby Football Union today announced ticket prices for the 2014 GUINNESS Series and a priority window for Supporters Club members will open on Tuesday, June 3. Tickets will go on general sale on Thursday, June 5.

The 2014 GUINNESS Series gets underway with the visit of world number two team South Africa on Saturday, November 8. 

The Springboks return to Dublin for the first time since 2012 where the visitors emerged with a four-point victory at the Aviva Stadium.
 
On Sunday, November 16, Ireland will take on Georgia who have qualified for Pool C at the 2015 Rugby World Cup where they will face New Zealand, Argentina and Tonga.

The final game of the series takes place on Saturday, November 22 against Ewen McKenzie’s Australia.
 
Stand tickets range from €;5 to €;65 with premium level tickets ranging from €;45 to €;80, while two and three-game packages start at €;85.50 and offer savings of up to 20% on individual ticket prices.
 
Rugby club members should contact their clubs for details of their ticket allocations, while Irish Rugby Supporters Club members can avail of an exclusive pre-sale on Ticketmaster.ie

The 2014 GUINNESS Series will be broadcast live on RTÉ and Sky Sports.
 
Ken Lyons, Chairman of the IRFU’s Commercial & Marketing Committee, said: “Following Ireland’s success in winning the RBS 6 Nations title, there is a real sense of anticipation among fans ahead of the 2014 GUINNESS Series.

“The 2013 GUINNESS Series saw record attendance numbers across the three Tests and there has been a 5% increase in demand for tickets from club members for the forthcoming November Tests.

“There are a host of ticket options available catering for a range of budgets with the aim of packing out the Aviva Stadium for these exciting Test matches.”
 
Rory Sheridan from Diageo added: “The 2013 GUINNESS Series was a phenomenal success with huge attendances and a fantastic atmosphere at the Aviva Stadium.

“Three great Test matches are lined up for November as the Six Nations champions make their first appearance on home soil since their heroics in Paris.”
