All Blacks All Gone! Tickets Sold Out For Ireland v New Zealand

The IRFU has today (22nd Oct) confirmed that the Guinness Series finale against World Champions New Zealand is a sell-out, 5 weeks ahead of their visit to the Aviva Stadium on Sunday 24th November.

The IRFU thanked clubs as it confirmed that club ticket sales were 40% up on the corresponding 2012 Guinness Series fixtures.

Attention now turns to the Australia test which is closing in on being a sell-out, and the Series opener against Samoa, which is already ahead of the 2010 visit of the South Sea Islanders.

While individual match tickets for New Zealand are no longer available, tickets for Australia (from €;35.00) and Samoa (from €;7.50), along with a limited number of two and three match packages are available to purchase through Ticketmaster.

Stephen McNamara, Director of Communications, commented: “There is a huge level of excitement about the Guinness Series and that is reflected in marked increase in ticket sales through the clubs this year.

“Now with the New Zealand game a sell-out and the Australia and Samoa tickets selling fast we are set for three great days at the Aviva this November.”

The Irish Rugby Football Union will provide €;400 to rugby clubs to defray the costs of travelling to the opening fixture of the Guinness Series against Samoa.

The offer, which is open to groups of adults, as well as groups of adults and kids, is available by informing the IRFU of an intention to travel to the match in a group of 45 or more.
