Summer Camp Visits A Winner

Summer Camp Visits A Winner

The Herald Leinster Rugby Summer Camps kicked off this week in Terenure RFC, Kilkenny RFC and Coolmine RFC, with Cian Healy and Luke Fitzgerald visiting the Terenure Camp this week.

Healy and Fitzgerald gathered quite a crowd in Terenure RFC today with members from St. John of Gods coming down to meet the players as well as many of the mammies! Both were asked some funny questions by the camp goers such as “What do you have in your fridge?”, and “Do you ever play rugby in the snow?”.

In Kilkenny RFC, Tom Denton and Quinn Roux brought the Amlin Challenge Cup, RaboDirect Pro12 trophy and the British and Irish cup down to let all the camp goers have a look at Leinster’s new silverware.

All the children also got to test their rugby skills on the Leinster inflatable as well as having a question and answers session with Denton and Roux.

Leo Auva’a and Aaron Dundon visited Coolmine RFC and had great fun joining in on some fun games and rugby drills. All the children aged 6-12 also received a Canterbury boot bag, t-shirt, water bottle and rugby ball which Auva’a and Dundon signed today.

The Herald Leinster Rugby Summer Camps will be kicking off in Greystones RFC, Mullingar RFC and Seapoint RFC next week.

You can be in with the chance of winning TWO FREE PLACES on the Mullingar RFC camp starting next week by answering “Which two Leinster Rugby Clubs are located in Westmeath?”
