Schedule for 2012 All-Ireland Championships

– Fixtures schedule for team sent to all captains via email. Please bear in mind that participation of teams is voluntary. Therefore if a team withdraws at any stage, fixtures may as a result, be amended accordingly.

– Arriving teams must check-in at the registration tent to the right-hand side of the clubhouse.

– All teams must fill out attached teamsheet with names of each player and present to staff at registration tent when checking-in. Numbers on shirts if any, need not match teamsheet numbers.

– As with 2011, parking fees have been wavered for all vehicles. All cars and buses are FREE of charge. The number of spaces remains limited however so if possible, please pool or take the DART (station across road from club).

– Any parking outside the club environs is subject to Dublin Corporation parking rates and across road at DART station, subject to CIE parking rates of approximately 2-3 euro for the day.

– Changing facilities will entail Men’s changing area in the St Fintan’s School complex (by pitch 6). Women’s changing area will be in main Suttonians clubhouse.

– Trophy Presentations will take place in clubhouse following the last finals.

– Throughout the day, TV interviews will take place. Tag TV for the website, will be asking players, referees, supporters and everyone else a range of questions on tag, Irish rugby, aspirations for the rugby season ahead amongst others.

– Throughout the day, teams in each grade will receive updates via SMS such as how their league is going, times and any other relevant news.

– Tag shorts and a range of IRFU merchandise/apparel will be on sale on-site. Sizes subject to availability
