Book Now For Certified Conditioning Coach Course

The IRFU is now taking bookings for the Certified Conditioning Coach Course. The course gives coaches the opportunity to become a Certified Conditioning Coach (CCC).

Paul O'ConnellThe Certified Conditioning Coach Course is intended to help you gain the confidence and competence to condition and prepare the players in your charge in a safe and enjoyable manner for the game of rugby.

The course is part of a process in which the participant will be offered ongoing support over a three-year period through club and school visits and access to a network of certified conditioning coaches.
