Swift Claims Connacht Player Of The Month Award
In association with Tag Heuer, the official timekeepers of the 2011 Rugby World Cup, Hartmanns of Galway will present a Tag Heuer watch to the Connacht Player of the Month.
The coveted award is presented monthly to Connacht players who have demonstrated exceptional skill on the pitch as well as displaying dedication to the province, integration with the squad and interaction with the wider community.

The first recipient of the Connacht Player of the Month award is second row Michael Swift. After earning over 200 caps for Connacht, the 33-year-old is very much an integral member of the squad.
‘Swifty’ is heavily involved with as many aspects of the province off the field as he is on the pitch. He was presented with his Tag Heuer watch, for being the Player of the Month for September, by Richard Hartmann at their Shop Street premises.
