IRFU Tag Draw Winners’ Big Day Out
Two more lucky IRFU Tag players enjoyed an exclusive VIP day at the Aviva Stadium last Saturday. This time, the occasion was for what turned out to be an epic Ireland win over England.
Brenda Carroll and Michael Armstrong were the two IRFU Tag Competition draw winners invited to the big day out at the Aviva Stadium.
First stop of the day was to the pitch itself for a photo opportunity then off to their seats in the East Stand near the half-way line.
What followed was a superb Irish performance as Declan Kidney’s men comprehensively beat England 24-8 to end the Six Nations on a high.
After this massive game and occasion, Brenda and Michael made their way to the President’s Terrace for the official post-match team reception.
This is a chance for the players and management to meet up with family and friends before heading off to the post-match dinner.
Here, Brenda and Michael bumped into many from the Irish squad and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere that makes it such a good function to be at.
