Supporters Club Ticket Sale 2: FAQ
Part two of the Supporters Club Ticket Sale starts at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16th. Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) below for information on the sale. This sale takes place following the normal distribution of tickets to rugby clubs.
1. How do I buy tickets?
Login to your supporters club account and follow the BUY TICKETS link. If you do not see the link then refresh your page.
2. I am not a member, how do I join?
You can join online right now on www.irishrugby.ie just click on the Supporters Club link on the homepage.
3. What is my user name/password
Call our helpdesk on 0818 717 117 or +353 1 409 8319. Please be aware that the helpdesk will be busier than usual during the ticket sale.
4. Who can participate in the sale?
All members of the Supporters Club whose membership is in date. Please login now to check your membership is up to date.
5. What tickets/ticket packages will be on sale?
Premium Level Package Ireland V Australia and Ireland V South Africa: Euro 180.00– this package contains one premium level ticket for the game against Australia and one premium level ticket for the game against South Africa.
Premium Ticket Ireland V Australia: Euro 95.00 – this is one premium level ticket for game against Australia only.
Premium Ticket Ireland V South Africa: Euro 95.00 – this is one premium level ticket for the game against South Africa only.
Stand Package Ireland V Australia and Ireland V South Africa: Euro 140.00 – this package contains one stand ticket for the game against Australia and one stand ticket for the game against South Africa.
Stand Ticket Ireland V Australia: Euro 75.00 – this is one stand ticket for the game against Australia only.
Restricted View Package Ireland V Australia and Ireland V South Africa: Euro 65.00 – this package contains one restricted view ticket for the game against Australia and one restricted view ticket for the game against South Africa.
Ireland V Fiji Unreserved Stand: Euro 32.00 – this is one ticket in the unreserved North or South stands for the game against Fiji in the RDS.
Ireland V Fiji Terrace Ticket: Euro 25.00 – this is one terrace ticket for the Anglesea Terrace (RDS) for the game against Fiji only.
Please note that some categories will have a very limited supply.
6. How many Tickets/Ticket Packages may I purchase?
Members who get to purchase may purchase any combination of two products from the list above. One product is one ticket or one ticket package. Members will be notified of any changes to the limits allowed.
7. How do I pay?
You can pay online by credit card (VISA & MASTERCARD) or by Laser. Please note that most Laser cards now have a 3 digit security code.
8. Can I buy family/schoolboy tickets?
There are no family tickets. Schoolboy/girl tickets are only ever distributed through the four branches to schools and clubs.
9. When will the tickets be posted?
Tickets will be posted out approximately 3 weeks before the first game. As per the terms and conditions we do NOT post to addresses outside Europe. Please contact our Ticketing Department – ticketqueries@irishrugby.ie to make alternative arrangements.

In particular your attention is drawn to the fact that it is a breach of the tems & conditions to resell tickets above face value or on an auction site. Members may have their tickets revoked and their membership cancelled if they are found to be in breach of the terms & conditions.
