U-19 World Championship: Day Six Round-Up

New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and Wales have qualified for the semi-finals after the third day of action in Division A of the IRB Under-19 World Championship.

Hosts Ireland’s dream of winning the U-19 World crown is over after they lost 31-5 to South Africa in front of nearly 10,000 supporters at Ravenhill.

South Africa produced a clinical display of forward power to secure a bonus point by scoring five tries and with it, a place in the semi finals. Earlier, New Zealand outclassed England 34-13 at Ravenhill to finish top of Division A. The result means England can finish fifth at best.
