Connacht were first off the mark on Friday but their winning streak came to an end against Simon Easterby’s Llanelli Scarlets, despite tries from Matt Mostyn and Mark McHugh. For more click here.

Munster went down to the Glasgow Warriors, who seem to have picked up the knack of beating the men in Red (or grey) making it three on the trot.

The record breaking run of wins came to an end for Ulster as they could only manage a losing bonus point away to Edinburgh on Friday night. Five penalties for David Humphreys sees him comfortably atop the points scorers list but Ulster slip to third in the table behind Llanelli and The Ospreys. For more click here.

Finally Leinster managed to avoid an All Ireland whitewash as they beat Cardiff in front of the 5,200 people at a balmy Donnybrook on Saturday night. Impressive performances from Luke Fitzgerald and Rob Kearney have earned them a call up to the Ireland training squad. For more click here.
