The 18-year-old full-back/centre Luke Fitzgerald, who helped Blackrock College win the Leinster Schools Senior Cup last March, has also been listed in Leinster’s senior squad despite not having even played a game for his club Blackrock College RFC yet.

Fitzgerald is on a development contract, along with other several senior squad members: props Johnny Wickham (23) and Rob Sweeney (22), locks Devin Toner (20) and Richie Leyden (22), flanker Kevin McLaughlin (21), scrum half Cillian Willis (21), out-half Jonathan Sexton (21) and full-back Ross McCarron (21).
