Ulster can take the top spot in the Celtic League this evening with a win against The Borders. Leinster are currently top of the table with a four point advantage. Leinster Coach Michael Chieka, is comparing the run in to a Cup Final: “It’s come down to a semi final and a final between ourselves and Ulster.
