Tickets for this game are NOT AVAILABLE from the IRFU. Tickets will be distributed by the leinster and Munster Branches. Details of each province’s ticketing plans will be available shortly.

The biggest game in the history of Irish provincial rugby will have to compete for air-time, despite being shown ‘live’ on RTE TWO, Sky Sports and Sport+. In a bumper Sunday for sport, the Allianz National Football League final is scheduled to take place that afternoon in Croke Park, the London Marathon and San Marino Grand Prix will also be held, whilst the second of the FA Cup semi-finals is down for decision.

The first of this season’s Heineken Cup semi-fina s between French champions Biarritz Olympique and 1998 tournament winners Bath Rugby, will be played on Saturday, April 22 (kick-off 3.00pm) in San Sebastian’s Estadio Anoeta. That game will be live on Sky Sports and FR2.

Meanwhile, with an Irish team guaranteed to take part in the Heineken Cup’s May 20 decider at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, tickets are been snapped up. Due to the demand for Cardiff ’06, Ticketmaster.co.uk currently have no tickets available.

A limited number of tickets may go on sale prior to the semi-final showdowns. Fans are advised to check ercrugby.com for regular updates regarding additional ticket availability.

An additional allocation of approximately 15,000 tickets is reserved for fans of both teams in the final which will be distributed by the two teams.
