Pictured above: Munster flanker David Wallace goes on another charge at Rodney Parade with Dragons’ duo Gareth Cooper and Rhys Thomas in hot pursuit. The 29-year-old Wallace was instrumental in Munster’s second pool win, every ready in defence and as storming as ever as a ball-carrier in attack.

Munster winger John Kelly tries to hand off Dragons fly-half Craig Warlow. Munster coach Declan Kidney refused to criticse his side afterwards for failing to pick up a bonus point: “We’re not disappointed, we didn’t come here for the bonus point – we came to win. Sometimes you play into opposition hands by playing loose.
“The Dragons showed in the last few minutes that you couldn’t give them space and it was out of respect for them that we played as we did. They will have some players back next week and they’ll have learned from this. They’ll be stronger when they come over to play us in the return.”
