Ireland’s record caps holder Malcolm O’Kelly receives attention in the 18th-minute after shipping a heavy double tackle from Nathan Sharpe and Lote Tuqiri. Lock O’Kelly’s 75th cap was at a worrying end as he was stretchered off the field in a neck brace, but O’Sullivan confirmed afterwards: “Malcolm’s come round and he’s fine. He’s in good form thankfully.”
