Tullamore-born tight-head Bracken – who has made 17 appearances for Connacht this season, including six in the European Challenge Cup – is joining ‘Quins on a two-year deal.

“I have always wanted to play in the Premiership and am really looking forward to it,” he admitted.

“I have had four great seasons at Connacht and nothing would give me more pleasure than to see the province make it to the Heineken Cup.”
