IRELAND UNDER 21 45-18 IRISH COLLEGES.

The Irish Colleges Rugby team succombed to defeat in Stradbrook on Sunday (Dec 28th) against a very strong Ireland under 21 team. The Ireland under 21 side thoroughly deserved their victory outscoring their opponents 6 tries to 2. The defence and tackling play by the 21’s were some of the highlights of the game and they showed great discipline in repelling the students who strung together impressives phases of play. The pace of the 21s backline had the students in trouble and tries were eventually yielded as a result of the penetration of Bowe, Finn and Lane on the 21’s team.
