The trial for the Ireland Schools side takes place in Blackrock College, Williamstown, on Saturday next, with several of last year’s Ireland XV featuring on the Paul Nash led Probables

The trial for the Ireland School’s side takes place in Blackrock College, Williamstown, on Saturday next, (2pm) with several of last year’s Ireland XV featuring on the Paul Nash (St Mary’s College) led Probables side.
His St Mary’s team-mate, Stephen Grissing who played against France, England and Wales last year is named on the right wing while Cian McNaughton, son of former Ireland international, Paul, will play at outside centre.

Kevin McLaughlin from Gonzaga College who played at number 6 in all of Ireland’s games last year is selected at number 8 for Saturday’s trial and he will be directly opposed by Wallace High School’s Chris Henry who will lead a Possibles side that includes Billy Holland son of former international and current Munster team manager, Jerry.
