Ireland ran out comfortable 63-14 winners in this Rugby World Cup qualifier against Georgia at Lansdowne Road on Saturday scoring 8 tries in the process.

Ireland led 42-0 at the end of the first half thanks to tries from Denis Hickie, Kevin Maggs, Girvan Dempsey and a brace from Brian O’Driscoll.
They went further ahead within minutes of the re-start when Simon Easterby crashed over but Georgia staged something of a comeback then and scored twice through replacement Vassil Katsadze and Bessik Khamashuridze, both converted, but Ireland ended with a flourish and had two more tries from replaceemnts Alan Quinlan and Guy Easterby.
