There is just one change on the Ireland A side – from the side that beat Wales 55-22 – for Friday’s game against England in Northampton’s Franklin’s Gardens (8pm) with Keith Gleeson being preferred in the back row to Andy Ward. Gleeson was in the A team squad for the Welsh game but was then promoted to the senior side when Eric Miller was forced out. Gleeson came on as a second half replacement for Mick Galwey and scored a try within minutes of his arrival.
