Win for Ulster Schools in Thomond Park

Ulster were narrow 12-10 winners over Munster in the Schools interprovincial played in Thomond Park.

A penalty from out-half Gareth Steenson, in the tenth minute of the second half, gave Ulster victory over Munster in the Schools interprovincial played in Thomond Park. Ulster held 1 nine point (9-0) interval leads thanks to three Steenson penalties but Munster then turned that lead over with a try conversion and penalty from Barry Keeshan within minutes of the the restart. However, Ulster composed themselves and after Steenson had restored their narrow advantage they defended it dimpressively.
