As a result of the decentralisation of the IRFU Academy, Leinster Rugby and Munster Rugby will now be running their own academy. This has created a position of Provincial Academy Manager.

Working Responsibility to: The Representative of Provincial Academy Board (Chief Executive) Accountable to: National Academy Board.

A summary of the job. 1: To manage and co-ordinate the Provincial Academy 2: To manage the Academy programme within agreed financial parameters 3: To facilitate in the integration of the Academy players into the professional game 4: Applicants must have reached a minimum of level 2 coaching status
