It aims to promote the importance of positive thinking and supporting mental health. Alan Quinlan and performance coach Caroline Currid will be involved in a series of four events held around the country which promote positive thinking and mental health.
The events, organised by the 'Lean On Me' campaign will see Alan and former Dublin captain Paul Griffin speak about their experiences in overcoming adversity, while Caroline, who has worked with the Dublin football and Tipperary hurling All-Ireland winning teams, will give practical advice and tools to help people stay mentally positive.
