Tom Denton, Aaron Dundon and Jamie Hagan, who have all featured for the province's enior team in recent weeks, are also included, while in the back-line John Cooney is paired with Noel Reid at half-back.
Jordan Coghlan partners Brendan Macken in the centre, while Dublin University clubman Cathal Marsh gets the nod at full-back.
