Ireland's John Lacey will referee his first ever RBS 6 Nations while Alain Rolland is also included in the Elite Panel in what is his last season.
When these teams met in Dublin twelve months ago, first half tries fom Jamie Heaslip and Tomas O'Leary helped Ireland claim a 29-11 victory. Ronan O'Gara kicked 16 points on the day.
