We would ask all of our UK based customers who have purchased tickets online to select one of the following options in order to ensure you receive your tickets:
1) UK/NI based customers may inform the IRFU Ticket Office of an alternative address in the Republic of Ireland or another European country for delivery. Please contact email@example.com with the new address which you would like your tickets sent to.
Please be sure to quote your transaction number (Txxxxxx) when making any request with regard to your tickets.
2) Where it is not possible for customers to provide an alternative address, ticket collections will be organised for customers in the week prior to the game. Please contact the IRFU Ticket Office at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for collections.
Please note, if you wish to collect your tickets you must bring have photo identification and a copy of the e-mail you received confirming your ticket order - no ID, no tickets.
We would also advise all customers not to post any tickets to any address in the UK as any tickets which are lost or delayed as a result cannot be replaced.
