Ireland's John Lacey will referee his first ever RBS 6 Nations match in February, while Alain Rolland is also included in the Elite Panel in what is his last season.
Ireland lock Malcolm O'Kelly is being primed for his first taste of Celtic League action this season after being included in a 29-man Leinster squad for Saturday's RDS tie with Cardiff.

The capacity for Saturday's game at the purpose-built Royal Dublin Society stadium is 7,500 - with the Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Main Stand and South Stand opposite in use. Tickets are available online at www.leinsterrugby.ie and cash will also be taken on the day.
The province's coach is likely to select his matchday 22 on Friday.
