John Hussey, Chairman of the Celtic League Association, said: "We are delighted that David has joined the Celtic League Team. His experience as former Chief Executive of Glasgow will be of great value. I am sure he will help us to make our League an even better competition.
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Keith Grainger for his very significant contribution during his term as Tournament Director. We wish him well in his new role in Scotland."
