The competition - won by Wales in Belfast last year - runs from Saturday, March 26 to Friday, April 1.
Returning manager David Eakin will be hoping for a better showing from the Irish this season as 2004's tournament saw them winless, culminating in a 14-3 Shaw's Bridge loss to Scotland.
