To mark the last ever international at Lansdowne Road before its redevlopment, the IRFU and team sponsor O2 have commissioned a special souvenir match programme and Lansdowne Road timeline poster.
The match programme will feature articles about some of the many historic days at Lansdowne Road while the poster will be a unique reminder of the history of the world's oldest international rugby stadium.
The poster will be given out free with every match programme purchased at Lansdowne Road on Sunday, when Ireland take on the Pacific Islanders (kick-off 2.45pm).
Do not forget that a percentage of all match programme sales goes toward funding the IRFU Charitable Trust which supports seriously injured players throughout Ireland.
