- Winning the play-off final for the third consecutive season, and their eighth League title in all
- Beating Cork Constitution 16-11 in January to record 18 wins on the trot - a new AIB League record
- Finished as the only club to win all their home games (6) in Division One
- Beat all three Ulster clubs and the two Connacht clubs in the 2005/06 season
- Also won the Munster Senior Cup, beating Dolphin 20-16, earlier this season. It was their seventh consecutive Munster Senior Cup crown
