In the backs, Mel Deane has also recovered from a hamstring injury to be included in the squad as Connacht aim to put some distance between themselves and Edinburgh in the Magners League table.
Amongst the players that are unavailable to the province due to inury are backs Liam Bibo (hamstring), Keith Matthews (calf), Conor O'Loughlin (hip) and Mike Roberts (calf), as well as flanker Ray Ofisa (hamstring).
The game been rescheduled at the request of the IRFU and Rugby Portugal. The game has been moved from Wednesday, November 5 to Sunday, November 9 (kick-off 6pm).
