Interim Head of Athletic Performance, Irish Rugby Women’s Sevens

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, delivery, and coordination of the athletic performance programmes for the Women’s team. The Interim Head of Athletic Performance will provide the required leadership and management of systems and (where required) personnel to ensure that players are developed to thrive within an elite sevens environment. In collaboration with the Head Coach, IRFU Women’s 7s, the successful candidate will continually seek to drive innovation and develop a world-leading programme that sets a new standard for Women’s Sevens Rugby.

The position is being offered on a full-time, 9 month fixed-term contract basis. The role will be based at our High Performance Centre, Sport Ireland Campus, Snugborough Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
