Head of People & Development, Connacht Rugby

The successful candidate will provide specialised support, advice, and assistance on all employment matters for staff and management of Connacht Rugby. This role will also include HR project type work as required by the Chief People Officer. This position involves performance of duties of a sensitive and confidential nature.

This role is being offered on a 3-year Fixed Term Contract & will be based at the Connacht Rugby Offices, Dexcom Stadium, College Road, Galway. Connacht Rugby operate a Hybrid Working model, with a minimum of three days in the office with more required during busy periods.
