Head of HR, Munster Rugby

The successful candidate will provide specialised support, advice and assistance on all employment issues for staff and management of Munster Rugby. The position will include project type work as required by CEO, Munster Rugby and the Chief People Officer, IRFU. This position involves performance of duties of a sensitive and confidential nature. Ultimately, the Head of HR will ensure that the HR Strategy is reflective of the culture and the ethos of Irish Rugby and that it is aligned to and supports the Strategic Plan of Munster Rugby.

The position is being offered on a Permanent full-time basis. The role is based in Virgin Media Park, Cork and travel will be required to other sites, primarily in Limerick.
